Accessibility Statement

Tecno Blocks is meant to be readable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard, or need large text or high contrast. This page states what we aim for and where we fall short.

Standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the site. We test with a keyboard, with screen readers on desktop and mobile, at 200% zoom, and with reduced-motion preferences enabled.

What we do

• Every image has alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Headings follow a logical order and every page has one main landmark.
• Text and background colours meet a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 in both themes.
• Focus is visible on every interactive element, and focus returns to the trigger when a dialog closes.
• Animations respect the operating system's reduced-motion setting.

Known issues

• Some embedded third-party content does not meet our standards. We label embeds and offer a link to the source.
• Code samples in older articles may lack a text alternative describing what the code does. We are adding these as articles are revised.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier on Tecno Blocks, tell us through the contact page. Please include the page address and, if you can, the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days and to fix confirmed barriers within a month.

Review

This statement is reviewed every six months and after any significant change to the site's design.
